Mining Law
The classic function of mining law got expanded: from the operation plan procedure to the wide field of the responsibiliy for aftercare. On this topics there are frequently conferences at RWTH Aachen University. The question of responsibility of the resource company for seismic events, which habe their seeds in tto rapid rerise of ground water, is one of the interesting questions at the moment. Another intensively discussed topic is the defense against nuclear hazards. Analogies could be found in the Meggen-Case of the Federal Administrative Court to the responsibility for aftercare in mining.
